Agreements
Every account agrees to a short set of platform-specific terms on top of the general Terms of Service — here's what each side is actually agreeing to.
Business agreement
What businesses agree to
- Listing terms (base pay, bonus tiers, deadlines) are binding once a Creator accepts or is approved
- Funds must be placed in escrow before a Creator begins deliverable work on a locked deal
- Content approval or revision requests must be made within the platform's review window
- Bonus payouts release automatically once a verified performance threshold is met
- Unpaid or rejected submissions can't be used, reposted, or recreated — a Creator's specific execution (script, shots, edit) stays theirs until it's paid for, not just accepted

Creator agreement
What creators agree to
- Connected platform stats must reflect real, unpurchased engagement
- Delivered content must match the listing's brief and requirements
- Content is licensed to the Business for their own use only once approved and paid
- Your submissions stay your property until you're paid — a business that views your work can't recreate it themselves or hire someone else to
- Vinculor charges creators nothing — ever

Being honest about the limits here
This protects a Creator's specific execution — their exact script, footage, and edit — not the underlying idea or brief itself, which isn't something any contract can fully lock down. A business is always free to work with a different creator on the same general concept. What this clause stops is a business reviewing your actual submitted work and then having it directly recreated instead of paying you for it.
These summaries are for reference only — the full Terms of Service governs the platform, and both documents above are founder-drafted placeholders pending attorney review. For guidance on actually using the platform well, see Best Practices.
